Portland - 3rd Floor For Lease

The Historic Hay Building

(Often Referred To As "The Flatiron Building")

One of the most visible spaces in downtown Portland is now for rent.

Designed by Charles Quincy Clapp in 1826 with an addition by John Calvin Stevens in 1922, The Hay Building is located at 594 Congress Street and is an iconic building; a landmark among Portland's landscape of rich architecture.

This location is arguably considered the heart of Portland (Arts District) and was the home of the H. H. Haye Drugstore from 1859 to 1964. The Hay Building is directly across the street from The Portland Art Museum and adjacent to the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel.

This location has all the exposure a business could ever hope for in Portland. This building is part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Hay Building has been recognized as part of The Preservation Honor Award by Greater Portland Landmarks in 2014. It may also be the most photographed and painted building in all of Portland.
