Garbage disposal updated

 

Fabulous New Dishwasher two years ago

 

There is an extra large exhaust fan over microwave. Originally for a commercial gas stove, but left the exhaust fan (switch is marked)

 

DECK remodel approx. 2006;  there is a JANDY computerized control for all pool functions as well as fan and lights in gazebo

 

POOL:  Everything has been updated heater, pump, chlorinator, should be no maintenance on that at all. Waterfall on back side of pool, switch inside on Jandy

 

There are lights around the pool, all electrical for that is under the deck.

 

Men's Master Bath:

Complete remodel in 2010; there is access to the front porch through his bookcase in closet in case of plumbing issues. Just a matter of 4 screws. 

 

Ladies Master Bath - Done in 2008, has laundry shoot on far right of dresser. Also has electric outlet in 2nd drawer with shut off switch so you can hide blow dryer, etc.,  has a small  A/C  unit in attic that is meant to be in this bathroom to keep makeup from melting!

Also, changed out shower doors with new ones that have a film on them to keep lime and scale off.

 

BEDROOM:  Switches for hall, bathrooms from headboard (labeled), 2 storage drawers on either side.

 

Grand maintenance in 2007...Hired Portland drywall to repair stucco. Had all the Facia Boards removed, replaced with all black sheet metal, All trim done on windows. All screens were also replaced.

 

Had a different side of home painted each year to keep a fresh look. 

 

Porch railings replaced 4 or 5 years ago, They came in composite, commercial quality.  

 

Every manual etc., for everything that has been done.

 

There is a refrigerator in the staircase hole that's handy

 

Three garage floor drains for snow/water etc

 

Auxiliary electric heater in garage hanging from ceiling next to storage containers. Since electricity costs went up installed a gas heater which works great to keep garage warm... usually only need to leave on number 1 or 2.  Also, all pipes are insulated

 

Garage door openers updated in 07, and 13- invoices

 

Lower Level/:

 

AC drains in cellar drain, as well as dehumidifier; that was all done in 2010. The washer and dryer were replaced then as well, but has not been used much since owners have been in FL. 6 months a year
