We are very excited to be in the final stages of the development of Cocktail Cove. This new private way is the gateway to 2 beautiful riverfront building lots. 

Additionally, we are rotating Finn Farm and locating it closer to Ferry Road with access via Cocktail Cove. We will be adding a new 2 car garage with living space above it. Although we will be sure to maintain the original warmth and charm of the home, we will be doing a few updates.
